The edition 2018 of the MASCOT-NUM annual conference will be held in Nantes, France, from 21th to 23th March, 2018. As in previous editions, the first day will be dedicated to presentations made by doctoral students with a reward for the best presentation (see submission). The next two days will then be devoted to presentations of invited speakers with a focus on particular topics.

The focus of MASCOT-NUM 2018 will be on approximation or estimation in high dimension, with different points of views in statistics, numerical analysis, optimisation, and uncertainty quantification.

The event is supported and organized in the framework of the french CNRS research network GDR Mascot-Num.
