* Student Registration Requirement
Student registration fee only applies to participants who have submitted their certificate of studentship. Please send proof of enrollment (with clearly displayed expiration date) to the secretariat of MASCOT-NUM 2018 via mascot2018@sciencesconf.org.
The registration fee covers admission to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, lunches and conference dinner.
An author may only present a single paper in the conference and pays for that a registration fee.
Additional fees of 42 € apply for an accompanying person at the conference dinner.
All credit cards are accepted, except American Express because the transaction costs are too high.
We do neither store nor have access to your credit card details. Your credit card is processed through Paybox, which is one of the most well-known and reputed payment platforms in the world.

Billing and proof of payment depends on the billing address given in the registration form (link below). Please enter the correct address.
Payment confirmation notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully. In case your organization needs the invoice to make the payment, please send us a copy of your order form by email.
Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat. The registration fee will be refunded after the deduction of 40% if participation is cancelled prior to February 23, 2018. No refund will be possible after this date but complete documentation will be sent to the address of the delegate.
